Medical Test Kits

We are grateful to be able to offer you the ability to purchase the medical test kits you need at your convenience.  Your test kits will be drop shipped directly to your home, and once we receive your results they will be emailed to you.  It is up to you in order to schedule a consultation with one of our doctors prior to or after receiving your results.
