We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on most products. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Diagnostic test kits cannot be returned once the seal has been broken
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
