Shipping Rates
Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Standard (US): 2-5 business days
- Expedited (US): 2-3 business days (contact us for pricing)
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unopened and in original, sellable condition
- For health and safety reasons, opened supplements and topical products cannot be returned
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any original shipping charges
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged or sent in error
To start a return, email us at dr@puretyclinic.com with your order number, or use the contact form. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost — including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Opened supplements, tinctures, and topical products
- Diagnostic test kits once the seal has been broken
- Items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
